I fixed a bug in MMC that I introduced when I switched origins from an average of vertices to the center of the bounding box for brushes. It caused the origin to be in completely the wrong location, but wasn't readily noticeable because brushes are built relative to their origin.
Feel free to re-convert any maps affected by this bug. http://mmc.randomer.net:8080/
