SPEAK YOUR MIND
"Does the distance one travels from center make one more free
to move?"
"No. Freedom has two parts: potential and resolution; as
metaphor has two parts: form and interpretation. Of course,
the two are intertwined. Metaphor lines the road to freedom,
as symbols and words are the bricks and mortar of meaning.
Freedom is being the bricoleur, the mason."

That will be a NASA system chewer. Also: did you know that the Earth Simulator computer in Japan is faster than all five of top America's super computers plugged together. It consists of several rooms of simple processors linked together and is designed to simulate the environmental effects of global warming? (Has anyone told them that if a bee flies over Kilmajero mountains, there will be a storm next spring?)
But wait there is more: at the back of your power in/out there may be a small switch with 230/150 written on it. The way that modern machines overcome heat problems is that power is intermittantly split up and sent to different parts at high voltage low amps. So if you are the poor SOAB that accidently throws this switch (even when off there is about 3000 volts heading through the coils) there will be an arc, acid smoke and about $200 of repairs.
Oops.
useful advice: Try altering the buffer sizes in UT. At school we managed to get it going on 133s (although the screen was small) we won many network games. The internal system can be tweaked to many different resolutions, and by looking at the INI you might be able to cut some of the Ram usage down.
Final: back up your INI.
