sounds like a cool idea... maybe alittle off topic of m:r, but still cool. i don't have a webcam, tho :(

hmm, since it is more of a community thing, rather than a m:r thing, prehaps it could just be a part of marathon.bungie.org? it makes more sence to me having it there. but i'm not in charge, so WHATEVAH!
