I'm going to bet the dbl is your problem.

Set it to 640x480 regular, not 640x480dbl and it should be fine.

I know you're trying to squeeze frames out of that old box, I was once in your situation. M:R is simpler then most of UT, so give 640x480 a try, it may perform better then you expect.
