Thermopyle, there isn't anything wrong with the website (at least not that I know of), but there are some errors in the information that is being diplayed on the site. I hope that these can by rectified soon (hopefully before the HTML manual is updated, so that the info will be correct there also).
On the Images>Weapons page (http://resurrection.bungie.org/g_weapons.htm) there seem to be some discrepancies with the weapon informaion. On the page it says that the Assault rifle fires .38 caliber shells (I think we should bring back the old .75 cal ones! ...just kidding because that would mean the rifle rounds were larger than the 20mm grenades...), but on the weapons page in the manual it says that it fires .32 caliber shells. I think that you should scrap both and say it fires 5.56mm ammunition, since you already changed it to fire 20mm grenades. That way it would be just like the OICW that it seems to have been based on in your mod. You also need to change the .44 MMC pistol's caliber so that it is consistent also.
Also I would like you to remove the mention of caseless ammunition (or rework the mod to remove shell casings!). You mentioned that the pistol and assault rifle fire casless ammunition, yet in the game CASINGS are clearly flying out of the weapons every time you fire!
I think thats it...
