SPEAK YOUR MIND

"Does the distance one travels from center make one more free to move?"

"No. Freedom has two parts: potential and resolution; as metaphor has two parts: form and interpretation. Of course, the two are intertwined. Metaphor lines the road to freedom, as symbols and words are the bricks and mortar of meaning. Freedom is being the bricoleur, the mason."

All I've got to say is...

Damn! That was good! It's been a while since I've played Marathon and I totally forgot how hard Blaspheme Quarentine was! I wasn't sure if I should expect the hulks because they weren't in the original demo that I played, but when I saw one I just had to shout "there really is a flaming hulk!" Of course at that point it hit me so hard my clothes were out of style. Damn good job! I love the additon of the "Drinnol" motions to the hulks and how the compilers actually rise up so you can't just punch them out anymore like I used to... I can't wait to see the wasps and troopers.

There was only one thing I noticed wrong, I was unable to get the babs and pfhor player models to work...
I'm running a Dell Optiplex GX1, with a Pentium II 400mhz, Voodoo 3 2000 PCI.
