did i install it wrong?

This game is great. you guys beat the pants off rampancy. anyway im having trouble, when i go to player setup i can choose from all of the normal models: skarge(sp?) soldier mjolnir etc etc, but i can also select a phore, normaly that would be great but he dosent have any skins, i select it and it jut goes black. and its not like i can select any of the other monsters either so its not jus that the model is in the folder. anyway if im not rambeling to the point of this not making any sence whatsoever plz help.
