where is everyone

I have been trying to play M:R over the net with someone for a few weeks now. I have yet to find a single person playing. I have been forced to play against average bots. Since I downloaded this Mod when it came out, I have only seen one other person playing it. Am I missing something? Can I just not see other servers or other people? Maybe there will be more people once the full demo is released in an hour. Just curious. Have fun everyone.
