M:RMR Updates and Issues

If any of you care, I updated the M:R Multiplayer Resource today. The interface just didn't look that good before. I think it looks considerably better now. Additionally, you'll notice that the central splash image is random now :) w00t!

Do any of you know where I can find a script similar to http://www.boilingpoint.com/~jasonyu/test.pl ? I'd like to be able to do more to the server than just ping it. Something written in PHP would be preferable to Perl, since my host doesn't seem to agree with Perl terribly well.
