This 3D coordinate axis set on the right side of the image might indicate that we should be thinking about this in more than two dimensions ... I've seen these points mapped to a two-dimensional map of the world, but not a 3D one, like a globe. Perhaps 120 is some sort of scale for where to put the dots on a globe. For example, perhaps the radius of the Earth from core to equator is some multiple of 120? If not a globe, perhaps a half-globe, with the north pole at its center, for example. Real estate seems to suggest that this has something to do with a map of SOMETHING.
Just thought I'd throw that out there.
