The real estate clue was and is a valid clue...

The guide lines in Photoshop were accidentaly left in because I never use the grid, I always use guides. I use the guides to make sure things are always accurate...if you were really stingy there might be some info to get out of them, but there's more said in that picture, than unsaid...so if I were you I'd focus on what's really there. The guides really are quite useless.
