Yes.

M-player was always intended for release first. Single player was afterwords.

We've got a 3 point roadmap I'll display to ease your worries.

Beta 1 - coming very soon. Features M-player good fun.

Marathon:Resurrection Demo : coming soon. a near copy of the the original demo both in single player and multiplayer regards.

Marathon:Resurrection Full: coming not so soon. The full bloody game with whatever other bells and whistles slip in during the process.

There you go, you can put away your stomach anti-acid medicine. :-)
