What will remain?

... From the original marathon. I know the storyline will, and the terminal use. BUT; How about the squareness of the levels? The non-transparent fluids and the rest of those annoying things?
Will I be able to jump in Marathon Resurection? Can I crouch and/or prone? Now, what I wanna keep from Marathon is the storyline. It ruled. Not being able to jump, that did NOT rule... It didn't seem real enough.
