At this point we are unaware of M:R having a conflict with other MODs, but as I'm sure you can imagine, it would be futile for us to try out every MOD ever made to install M:R on top off. My best advice would be to try a clean fresh copy of UT, with a clean fresh 436 update and M:R installed at that point. Hope that helps
