In Response To: File Planet "mirror." (Durandal)

THe production of Marathon: Resurrection was okayed by Bungie with the understanding that no profit is to be made from their copyrighted material. To this point, we have done everything under our power to maintain this trust -- even compromised many ideas of our own.

Fileplanet is selling Marathon: Resurrection on CD. This violates our agreement with Bungie, AND THREATENS THE EXISTENCE AND ANY FURTHER DEVELOPMENT OF THE MOD. Plus, they got the link to Bungie wrong.

We are doing everything we can to keep this from happening.
