I haven't done it since the running was slowed down, but it was possible at normal UT speeds, if not easy. I actually added little invisible collision hulls to extend the floor out a smidgen both at the ledge you jump from and the ledge you jump to. Before you jump, inch out a little ways *past* the visible edge of the floor.

Jumping only helps you to get into this room. Read my post in another thread for my thoughts on jumping in SP.
