Wow, this is great. Really, fantastic job guys.
However, a lot of his suggestions are very very true. Specifically the one where he implies that it feels too much like Unreal Tournament.
I did indeed feel like I was just playing UT, but with Marathon weapons. I did not think to adjust game speed, hopefully that'll help. Another thing I think you should edit though sounds wise (once again, I agree with Khral 100% with his own suggestions) is to perhaps remove the footsteps. That REALLY made me feel like I was playing UT. I also sort of thing it detracts from Marathon's mood. When you couldn't hear anything before, it made it that much scarier when you ran into something. You never saw it coming, unless on the motion sensor--and even then, it could really be several floors above you.
And yes, come to think of it, I think the MA-75 does seem a little weak.
I've also experienced all of those bugs, but hopefully those will be fixed. (soon maybe? are you guys thinking about releasing several smaller patches out, now that you have something out in the open?)
One that wasn't mentioned had to deal with the Alien Weapon. If you expend all of its ammunition, you can't pick another one up (since you are still carrying the weapon)! Which is a shame, cuz that thing is pretty darn cool. :)
