If i were you i'd do what i did when i was asking a lot from my graphics card for long time gaming sessions (7 hours+ ) and my card would cause a lot of lag then would stall my system coz it was so hot... a good idea is to move your comp box from any dusty/ cramped area, then take off moth sides of the casing. after this, you invest in a nice little desk fan or something of the sort and add it to the power supply (it is possible to strip power supply cables coming from power supply.. then just rewire the fan to that plug and set it in a place where it can cool your power supply or graphics card) the major thing is to invest in fans and make them blow the heat up in the air and in a space so that it wont be stopped by a wall etc...)
