I read through the whole block of letters again, and made a chart (of sorts) showing how many times each letter appears. There's a . next to each letter for each time it appears (therefore, A appears five times, B appears three times, etc). I dunno if this'll be of any help to anyone, I'm just throwing ideas out there.
Oh yeah, and this shows another thing: I was wrong! X never appears either (before, I'd said R was the only letter than never appeared).
