The first three numbers on each row are indeed X, Y and Z coordinates, and the last three numbers are RGB values that together represent a colour (for example, 255, 127, 0 represent orange).
Each letter in the password is made up by several identically coloured points in 3D space. The F is made up by the red points. The L is made up by the orange points. The first O and the second O are made up by the yellow and green points, and the D is made up by the blue points.
The order in which the letters must be typed to render a correct password was apparent, as they follow a spectrum of sorts. Furthermore, FLOOD was the only order that made sense to me, because it was the only word I recognised (using my admittedly limited vocabulary) as English.
