There are number patterns within the text, for the first, if you type it into a Hex programme, you will be surprised with the outcome (it sorta spells `Safe haven' when you glance over it), but it turned out to be fine.
Merc says he already has the answer, but I only see colours when I look at the numbers. You know RED, BLUE, GREEN, your average 8 bit colour system. Then there are the number patterns associated with the "colours" so to speak, and the question of a hit-miss system based upon the 255, 0 and 125 number ordination does not appear to work when the data is related to text, so we may be looking at a number code.
