If you are on PC:

If you have installed UT the right way, you should just be able to execute the .umod file. If it is broken try downloading the UT registry fix (utregfix.exe) from FilePlanet.

Or you can type in a command prompt "(ut directory)\System\setup.exe install (full .umod file path)". An example would be:

C:\Program Files\UT\System\setup.exe install C:\temp\marathon.umod

And just to be sure, you need Marathon Resurrection 1.1 in order to update it to 1.1.1.

If you are on Mac, I can't help you more than saying you need umod installer.
