SPEAK YOUR MIND

"Does the distance one travels from center make one more free to move?"

"No. Freedom has two parts: potential and resolution; as metaphor has two parts: form and interpretation. Of course, the two are intertwined. Metaphor lines the road to freedom, as symbols and words are the bricks and mortar of meaning. Freedom is being the bricoleur, the mason."

: Yeah I heard that too... The problem I have with this
: rumor is that I would assume a texture would have to
: exist for this writing (unless it was written with
: different textures in big blocky type) but there is no
: such secret texture in Marathon...

Well, the problem that *I* have with it is, if the outer walls of the level were, indeed, containing messages, then just how in the hell would one see them? as far as i can remember, there is no medium with which to stand on in the first level outside of the normal play environment, even if you could go through a window. so then, how would that be possible? (reminds me of the numerous 'Find Luigi' cheats in mario64 that don't exist, either.)

This is why i never tried it, but then again, i could be mistaken.
