SPEAK YOUR MIND

"Does the distance one travels from center make one more free to move?"

"No. Freedom has two parts: potential and resolution; as metaphor has two parts: form and interpretation. Of course, the two are intertwined. Metaphor lines the road to freedom, as symbols and words are the bricks and mortar of meaning. Freedom is being the bricoleur, the mason."

: Not so sure about that... Taking potshots can be a good
: defensive strategy -- and maybe even a preferable one,
: as it's entirely possible for someone to completely
: lack any kind of melee skills (or maybe, I dunno, has
: too high a ping to fight effectively) and get tooled
: if he makes a run for an occupied hill.

If it *is* a good defensive strategy you should get some Hill time out of it. If you're good enough to get a lot of frags clearing off the Hill that way you should also be able to run over afterwards and log some seconds on the Hill.

I'm going to do this as a separate mutator so I can turn around code chnages real fast. I wasn't planning on doing any sort of interface - no configuration at all. Either run it or don't. But maybe I should add in some ability to tweak the ratio of Hill time.
