Honestly... I don't see a problem with those... Actually with "penalize death" on that is the way I play KOTH: Eliminate everyone on the hill; get on the hill; wait; try to survive... - if a spoiler doesent do the last part, he'll be eliminated about 20 seconds after I respawn. heh.
