Who Spoils the Spoilers?

Not so sure about that... Taking potshots can be a good defensive strategy -- and maybe even a preferable one, as it's entirely possible for someone to completely lack any kind of melee skills (or maybe, I dunno, has too high a ping to fight effectively) and get tooled if he makes a run for an occupied hill.
Maybe there should be some time limit between the period when the player makes a kill and when he actually reaches the hill, after which he is reprimanded.
