Ya, Maybe doing some kind of Flag Raly, where there are multiple flag (three maybe?), and you would have to get all of them a la Myth.
Maybe having having a single flag in a low-pressure area, that would require using oxygen? The area could be accessed via multiple teleport. It would ensure that it's harder to protect the flag, meaning higher score.
Or maybe the guy with the flag can't use his weapons anymore, unless he throws it away. Or the reverse, he do damage x2 (and maybe only if the other team don't have HIS flag).
Those are just ideas that came to my mind,
