Frigidman,
I'm in Boston, MA, cable connection, and I'm getting around a buck fifty for ping, which is slightly better than what I get from Wolfchild's server. I noticed no ping spikes, which is REALLY nice, but haven't played with other players yet. Again -- for some reason, your server isn't showing up on the M:R tabs. I don't know what you need to do to advertise your server that way, maybe wolfchild can help.
I'm off for the weekend, but will be back sunday. I'll keep checking it out and report any future findings.
