Uh, I believe you can get Roger Wilco and other related technologies for that kinda thing... And I believe it's fundamental coding that needs to be altered, so you'd see support for that kinda thing in a UT patch from Epic.

But considering how little Roger Wilco and related technologies are used, I'd say that you'll have to wait a few years before anything like this is going to happen.
